WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Simply fill out the form on this page with your idea, desired size, colors and use (rug, wall piece, pillow, etc.). You’ll receive a response within two working days to go over the details.

The maximum size for a tufted piece is 190 x 190 cm.

Yes! Your piece can be cut to the shape of the design or made into a custom shape. We’re happy to advise on what works best for your idea.

All rugs are made with 100% premium acrylic yarn that’s soft, durable and vegan. We also use a sturdy anti-slip backing and high-quality glue to ensure longevity.

Yes, you’ll receive a design sketch or digital mock-up for approval before tufting begins.

Delivery time is 3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date once your design is confirmed.

Shipping is currently available only in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You’ll receive care instructions with your order. Regular vacuuming, avoiding moisture and gentle spot cleaning will help keep your piece in great shape. For more detailed tips, check out our blog about maintenance here.

Because each piece is made to order, cancellations or returns are not possible once production has started. For more details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions

Each piece has a starting price that increases with size. Factors like complexity, shape, level of detail and color use also influence the final price of a tufted piece.
